For the money this place is great. Run like clockwork. No complaints at all. We had a couple of issues with the electricity going off and both times we had prompt very efficient attention. Caravan was roomy and clean. Site well looked after. We didn’t use the facilities but found the on-site shop very well stocked. Had a great few days exploring devon once again. Would love to return.

We have just come home after a 4 day midweek break, the dog friendly van was not the cleanest (far from it) but was a good size with everything that we needed.
The park is very hilly but kept very clean and tidy.
The shops are well stocked and staff very friendly.
We never used any of the entertainment so can not comment on that, there seems to be plenty of activities to keep the kids amused.
The beach is beautiful, all sand and very calm waters, the only downside is the VERY steep sloop to gain access too and from.
We loved it and have already booked for next year.

This was a fantastic holiday. We received an unexpected caravan upgrade which had spectacular sea views. There was lots of activities for my 5 year old daughter. The swimming pool was fantastic with lots of space and slides. The beach was stunning, clean and tidy. The south beach bar overlooking the sea was also stunning. The haven staff were all super helpful and great with the kids. I would recommend this site to any family.

Just got back from Devon Cliffs , booked thhrough newmans . the van was immaculate and spotless . the sea view from our veranda was stunning .had a front row van Cedars 9 and the customer service was first class . massive thankyou to Wendy and the team at Newmans , they are are great and nothing is too much trouble for them . will def book again.

Such a beautiful caravan park well maintained and our caravan we stayed in was beautiful well looked after beach walk so relaxing first time in Devon will definitely be back missing it already plenty of things for kids views are beautiful and lovely walks everyday.
